I’m Brittney, a yoga teacher who believes in the power of movement, connection, and new beginnings. Inspired by the rhythms of the ocean and the rising sun, I create welcoming spaces where students can flow, grow, and rise together.

Brittney discovered her passion for movement, connection, and community through competitive cheerleading, dedicating 17 years to the sport. Seeking a new way to cultivate both physical wellness and meaningful connection, she found Vinyasa yoga in 2012, and it quickly became an integral part of her life.In 2019, Brittney found her yoga home at Inlet Yoga, where she deepened her practice and embraced the power of a supportive community. Inspired by the transformative impact of yoga, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2025 under the guidance of Jennifer Vafakos, Allison Kane, and Carrie Godesky. Driven by a commitment to lifelong learning and growth, she continued her studies and completed her 300-hour advanced training in 2026, earning her RYT-500 certification.Brittney’s teaching style is rooted in passion, creativity, and positivity. She strives to create an inclusive and welcoming environment where students feel empowered to explore movement, connect with their breath, and build a deeper relationship with themselves—both on and off the mat.Outside of yoga, Brittney works in healthcare collaboration, helping bridge modern medicine and holistic wellness approaches to support patient care. Her unique perspective allows her to appreciate the connection between physical health, mental well-being, and mindful living.When she’s not teaching or practicing yoga, Brittney enjoys spending time with family, soaking up the sun at Manasquan Beach, and participating in group fitness classes.Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or continuing your yoga journey, Brittney invites you to join her for a fun, uplifting, and empowering practice that celebrates movement, mindfulness, and community.
