Move with intention. Breathe with awareness. Connect with community.
I’m Brittney Cadott, yoga enthusiast and teacher, and this is my journey.

About Brittney
Brittney is a Vinyasa yoga teacher who creates dynamic, uplifting classes rooted in creativity, positivity, and mindful movement. Her welcoming approach encourages students of all levels to build strength, confidence, and connection on and off the mat.

Teaching Philosophy
My teaching is inspired by the rhythms of nature and the belief that wellness is not about perfection—it’s about presence.
The tide teaches us to trust the flow. Some days we feel energized and strong; other days we need rest and restoration. Yoga invites us to honor where we are and meet ourselves with compassion.
The sun reminds us that each day offers a new beginning. Every time we step onto the mat, we have an opportunity to grow, learn, and reconnect with our inner strength.
In my classes, you’ll find creative movement, mindful breathwork, and a supportive environment designed to help you cultivate confidence, resilience, and joy—both on and off the mat.
I created this space to share my passion for movement, mindfulness, and community. Yoga has taught me to embrace life’s natural rhythms, trust the process, and begin again with each new day. My hope is that this website feels like a welcoming place where you can connect, grow, and discover the power of moving with intention.
🌊 Flow Like the Tide.☀️ Rise Like the Sun.
Namaste

“You have embraced change with such grace. The future, motherhood, and all the unknowns ahead unfolding before you, and it has been a privilege to witness your journey. Thank you for showing us what courage looks like when we continue to moving forward even when life is asking us to grow in entirely new ways.”
